Is there a document or a url that discusses only about the improvements or enhancements or new features that were added in
Database mirroing, logshipping, replication, clustering from version 2005 to 2014.
And high availabililty groups, always on from 2012 to 2014?
Thanks

Your question is going in a few directions. The Topic title is about 2008 to 2014, then you ask about HA changes from 2005 to 2014, and High Availability groups... 2012 to 2014.
You're not going to find a single document that answers that.
Database mirroing, logshipping, replication, clustering from version 2005 to 2014.
Always On is new in 2012. Search SQLServerCentral.com for "Always On" - there are tons of great articles about that. SQLCat's blog has some great articles about Always On as well.
And high availabililty groups, always on from 2012 to 2014?
SQL Mag talks a little about Enhancements to AlwaysOn Availability Groups in this article.
BOL says there is not much new in Replication.
A thorough search of Google, Books Online, SQLServerCentral, SQLCat's blog and SQLMag should get you what you are looking for.
