How much RAM does 2008 used ?

I was told that SQLSever 2008 only uses 34GIGS of RAM ( We have 64 GIGS ) ?
Is this true ? If so is there a way to force 2008 to increase RAM use ?

SQL will use as much memory as it needs, up to the configured max server memory.
