Companies and government can hire aliens in the USA. However, it's harder to get a job because they will prefer citizens who know the culture.

That and a lot of them prefer to not sponsor an H1B as a cost saving measure. For many, that cost is not an issue.

The fun part is that Mexicans and Canadians have the option to get TN visas which are a lot less expensive (most candidates would be willing to pay it).

Yes, we Canadians do have an advantage with TN visas. 😀

FYI, there are many foreigners working in every imaginable IT position, including BI, in the US.

Looking at this and your other posts, you're nothing more than an idiot spammer for the link you have in your signature.

I see the future in Business and one the most important things that can be learned is BI i think...as this i have searched and searched and searched and finally one my teachers said there is no job for foreign nationals in BI in the us and Europe and they wont let you work for them and also they wont trust you to give you their business data..and i got sad actually cause i liked to grow my capabilities in sql server and fields (such as BI)..
so when i saw this forum i thought that i can ask my question from here...nothing more
so please be more friendly 😉

I'm an example, but won't give you much details. There are plenty of foreigners working on IT.
