It is possible to setup cluster in Windows server 2008 R2 Standard edition.... Because for me in Server manager --> Add feature --> check box for fail over cluseter, feature is not comming. Please help me on this.

  No, that is only supported on Enterprise, Datacenter or Itanium versions.
