I upgraded ssis 2008 packages to SSIS 2012. Now I want to upgrade the SSIS 2012 to 2014 using VS 2013 with SSDT For VS 2013 already installed. I open the solution in VS 2013 and I was expecting the upgrade wizard to start which it did but it didnt continue with the package upgrade where it maps the Parent package with the packages it calls in Execute Package tasks. Any way to get this to start in VS 2013?

When i do the following:
In Solution Explorer, right-click the SSIS Packages node, and then click Upgrade All Packages to upgrade all the packages under this node.
I don't see any packages in the dialog box
