It's somewhat interesting that the topic cited for reference disagrees a great deal with this:
Aah! Now I see it. Not specified when executing the SP, but when creating the SP. Different.

ARGHHH! Create not execute!!!!
I'm in careless mode tonight (eldest son just pointed me at robozzle.com, which I hadn't seen before, result is that I'm temporarily unable to do anything serious, or even something not quite serious like QotD).

Personally, I love the EXECUTE AS both when creating procedures and also to impersonate to troubleshoot permissions. Good question.
