    I am calling this sub report from the main report and the parameter I am passing is "All" so I see the sub report for all Managers.

    However , I want to have the flexibility of having a drop down on the sub report to choose an individual manager . But the report server doesn't show the drop down ... The parameter gets directly linked from the main report even though its "Visible".

    Is there a work around.

    I don't want the main report to choose any specific manager but the sub report should have the flexibility.

    Without handling it in the main report I think you're out of luck. You can't have drop-down parameters for sub-reports.
