Find changes using CT

    Hi Experts,

    we have a DB with Change tracking enabled. I have a tabled named user and have a column allow which is set to 0 at this moment .How can i find if the data is changed in recent past using Change tracking?

    Basically how i can use change tracking to track the changes?
