SQL jobs question Oracle source what rights does the proxy account need

    Ok, quick question, a 3th party is taking over all off the database and server support of our internal teams, in their zealousness they've also removed a lot of account they deemed unnecessary.

    Now I discovered this morning 1 of our key jobs is failing, can anyane tell me what the requirements are for a proxy to connect to oracle.

    OK,txn that resolved,strangly enough the account that works did not work 6 months ago & nothing changed about its permissions
