I have db mail profile setup, and I can email alerts just fine to personal email. I had an email group setup with myself and another person. WHen I execute the msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail I get error below. I can use outlook and send emails to this group. ANy ideas on an issue?

The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 (2014-06-11T09:54:03). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay).

Your Tech Services /IT department needs to set up the server you are sending the email from to "relay" email to the exchange/mail server.
