Does anyone know what level of permissions are needed to enable the user to see Data Collection under Management? I need to request this permission and the DBA won't know.

dc_admin
This is found in the msdb database where the stats are stored.
There are other levels of permission too.
dc_operator
dc_proxy

These are useful for anyone running Data Collection that shouldn't have full admin rights on the machine.
