this above version, I want to upgrade to Windows Server 2008 R2 with all BI Tool [SSIS,SSRS]
so is it Possible ?

It appears you need SP2 from SQL Server 2005, but it should work.

but some article i have read out that we can't upgrade windows server 2008R2 but we can on win server 2008 .
Is is right information ?

I see a few posts that this should work with SP3, but can't find anything from MS about this.
Don't have a 2005 instance to check this on W2003. If you can, perhaps you can P->V the instance and then upgrade Windows?
