I Can't find download of AdentureWorksDW.mdf.
Does anyone have a link to it?

Since this is posted in a 2012 forum, I presume you want the 2012 version. There are links on the page to allow download of the 2012 or 2008 version. If you want an older version, click the link.
Edit: I'm referring to the page that J Livingston posted.

I thought that I could get away with the 2012 but no luck.
The following example of Table Partitioning by Year just refers to AdventureWorksDW:

I thought that it was preferred to use Page Right when partitioning by Date (Year)?
Edit: I'm still searching for another example.
If anyone has an example I would appreciate it if you could share it with me.

2008R2 does not have the data structure that I need.
It does not have the DimTime Dimension.
