Can anybody help me please?
I am trying to install MS SQL 2012. It states that it can bring database to run during installation phase.
I deleted all of the hkeys from the previous installation. Nothings helps.

I'm not sure what you mean by "bring database to run". That doesn't make sense in English.
Is there a SQL Server item in the control panel/Programs? This is usually an issue with there being something still installed besides in the registry.
Perhaps you can run Setup and select the uninstall option?
