Hi,
Someone can told me if MS Sync framework can be use for a standby database instead of SQL Server database MIrroring ?

It depends. What's the actual requirement ? Is it providing High Availability\Disaster Recovery or for providing data to the remote disconnected clients ?

the objective is to have HA/disater/recovery scenario.

If it's for High Availability\Disaster Recovery purpose, use DB Mirroring.
MS Synch is used when there are distributed\mobile clients.
