Link is specific for 2008. I have 2000, 2005 flavors too. Are they supported in 2012 server?
We use,
1. SQL 2000, DTS
2. SQL 2005, DTS
3. SQL 2008, SSIS, SSRS

Software requirements for SQL Server 2005 which doesn't mention Windows 2012 and has listed dependencies to run it on Windows 2008
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506(v=sql.90).aspx
Based on that i would say SQL server 2000 a definite no-no, same for SQL Server 2005

Check the following link for Microsoft support:
http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/search/?sort=PN&alpha=sql
Assess the risk of continuing with old SQL Server version and communicate to the client/owner.
However it's better to check all this in test environment with respect to your application for various SQL on WINDOWS 2012.
