Hi,
I need to upgrades the SSRS 2005 & 2008 reports to SSRS 2012, Currently I'm using BITS 2005 & 2008 for the reports changes, please let me know what are the development tool & software I required in my machine to upgrade the reports to SSRS 2012.
Please guide me on this because I don't have much hands on experiences in reports.

BIDS has been renamed in SQL 2012 to SQL Server Data Tools Business Intelligence. This is a separate download - it is not included with the SQL 2012 installation media.

Depending on what version of SQL Server 2012 installation media you have access to it can include an option to install BI Tools, but the version of Visual Studio it installs is 2010, and that version of BI tools is out of support.
You can go to this link to download the latest version of SSDT-BI for Visual Studio 2012 or 2013; it has not been released for Visual Studio 2015 as of today. Go to the bottom of the page to find the links.
