I am looking for a way to fix an Access file. When i open it i get an error: The file needs repaired or isn't a database. I need help.

I suspect that you may be having some instability problems with your network. Or maybe u need to back up.
Also try Access Fix Toolbox https://www.fixtoolbox.com/accessfix.html
This utility recovers corrupted databases of microsoft access format.
