could you please suggest any idea about it. something, like business intelligence...

Honestly, that's something that you should be discussing with your thesis advisor, after you've done a thorough reading of the scientific literature in the area. You also need to decide what kind of research you want to be doing. You could be doing research into how users use software, on how changes in interface (or other conditions) affect their work. You could be doing more theoretical work on the best ways to achieve desired results, or feasibility studies on whether things are possible.
Do your literature survey. Identify areas in the current body of knowledge that you are interested in filling, and then sit down with your thesis advisor and come up with your hypothesis and research questions.
