Hi Team,
I am not receving the mails to my outlook if the job success/fails , wehn i try to send test mail its working fine . see the below error from the mail_log
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 (2015-09-08T06:54:15). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (The operation has timed out.).
)

Are you testing mail with the same account\profile used in SQL Agent?
go to the properties of SQL Server Agent, go to the alert system page, and check which mail profile is being used.

This could also be SMTP issue.
