as a sql developer role what topics we will learn,which topics on focus and whats the roles&responsibilities in the company.

And why exactly do you want someone's resume? A resume is *your* job and education experience, not someone else's

as a sql developer role what topics we will learn,which topics on focus and whats the roles&responsibilities in the company.
It depends on the role and the organisation. If its a junior role in a good organisation you'll be working in a small team with a variety of experiences, if you're relatively raw, then you'll be given the more run of the mill bits of coding, eg Create a View to Select these columns from these Tables.
There will also be an aspect of unit testing and debugging other peoples work
As you gain experience and demonstrate ability you'll get more complex pieces of work to do.
how to improve the knowledge on sql
Learn basic Set theory, buy a developer edition of SQL Sever (US$60-70), buy books on learning SQL and worth through the examples.
Read these forums and articles and try and work out a solution, and review the solutions given and understand what the code does.
