cannot access image data in sql server with linq to sql (drag-drop in vb winform)

  I tried data binding using linq to sql new technology by drag-drop from AdventureWorkDW2012.mdf , Employee table. All data could be displayed except the employeePhoto column, unlike the good old dataset approach. Not only the photo could not be displayed, but even the byte data could not be accessed. Is it just normal or I made some mistakes? I will be very much appreciated if anyone can

  help enlighten me in the matter. Thanks.
