In databse column datatype is VArchar(20).
It threowing error like potential data loss in excel source how to solve this error?

Easiest solution: import from CSV instead.

I cant. file coming form client is excel file.

Try doing a Google search for SSIS IMEX=1.
It should fix your problem if you add IMEX=1 to your Excel connection extended properties.
