Connect By ServerName in SSMS

    Dear,

    I am working in a domain pc and its IP Series is 192.168.100.0 and I want to connect to a SQL Server via Management Studio which is under workgroup and its IP series is 10.100.100.0.

    Now I am facing in connecting server which IP is 10.100.100.0 by its servername. I can connect by IP but I can not by servername.

    I require to configure replication. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Refer following MS article and configure pass-through authentication so that replication can be set up between domain and workgroup
