Download to EXCEL question

    I have a report from a help desk ticketing system. The report includes the ticket number, open date, created by, notes, note date. The fields, notes and note date are unique, but the others are not. Is there a way, either by using groups, subreports, etc. to have the report download to EXCEL with only one row of data but, separate rows for the multiple notes? Any thoughts?

    Hi

    In SSRS, without using parameter to filter the data, all the data will be displayed when exporting into excel. It's not supported to exporting part of data. So you can only filter out that one row data and export into excel.
