  While upgrading 2008 SSIS packages with Password, using Upgrade wizard fails saying usual error

  "unable to decrypt the ...

  I tried opening th package in SSDT. But then, it is not asking for password, shows the same error message and opens the package. In 2008, BIDS, it would ask for password.

  How to resolve this?
