  Hi everyone, we are moving our jobs to a newly installed SQL 2012 Standard Edition. Unfortunately it looks like CDC will not work with SQL Integration Services on a Standard Edition as I get the below error:

  The task "Mark Initial Load Start" cannot run on the installed edition of Integration Services. It requires Enterprise Edition (64-bit) or higher.

  Is there a workaround for this? I wasn't able to find anything on google. Is it possible to install only the SSIS Enterprise Edition on the SQL Server Standard Edition?

  CDC isn't supported in SQL Server Standard unfortunately:

  You'll have to install SQL Server Enterprise edition in order to use it..
