    i dont think there will be any institute who can give you good level of sql knowledge. there are institute everywhere (i experienced it in Delhi NCR) who pretend to provide you good knowledge but they dont (cant)

    because very rare chance is any DBA or good sql person will associate with them .

    Best is ONLiNE like articles .. blogs or forums like this sql server central. here you can get good knowledge that how/why/when things work or not ? real time issues shared by people and other provide good support to them

    OR other wise

    hire any body (privately) who can teach you at your home.but can expect to charge you HEAVY.
