Upgrading ssis pkgs from 2008 to 2012. Changing to Project Deployment Model, missing assign references

    I'm upgrading SSIS 2008 packages to ssis 2012. When I begin changing the deployment model to Project Deployment model most of the Assign References are there. I'm missing 3 though. One I can fins using the drop down box, another is for a disabled exec pkg task so not really concerned with that one. But the third I can't find the package in the drop down box and the package is in the solution. How can I get this missing Assign reference set?

    Had to add the missing pkgs to the solution and a "(1)" was appended to the end of the package name and listed it at the bottom instead of alphabetical order
