Update Statistics job failed

  I have a SQL Server 2005 server (32-bit, Standard edition and PS3) running on Windows Server 2003

  I have 4GB of RAM. I got the following error after running Update Statistics job on one specific database,

  Executing the query "UPDATE STATISTICS [dbo].[data_table] WITH FULLSCAN

  " failed with the following error: "Time-out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type 4 for page (1:59459), database ID 2.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

  Can anyone help me on this? Thanks!
