Failover cluster in SQL Server 2012 std. edition

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to configure a 2 node cluster (active/passive).

    As per my understanding, we do it in SQL Server 2012 std. edition. Please confirm.

    You may implement a Failover cluster instance using standard edition, it is limited to 2 nodes, the limit is enforced by the SQL Server installer as it checks the number of joined nodes.
