That's quite a topic and there's no easy answer.
SSAS and SSRS will probably be quite painless.
SSIS on the other hand might require some work. Luckily there's an upgrade wizard that will assist you.
Script tasks and script components might need some recompiling. Since SSIS 2012 there's the project deployment model which has replaced the package configurations. If you want to minimize migration effort, you can put your SSIS 2014 project in package deployment model mode, which means it will work just like in SSIS 2008.

But I am confused with the approaches for migrating SSAS and SSRS could you guide me.
I found this topic in Microsoft website that describes migrating SSRS report
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143724.aspx
Have some one tried this, Is this perfect or are there any other better approaches ( third party tools please excuse)

Do you have the Visual Studio projects of the SSAS and SSRS projects?
I would try to upgrade these and then redeploy to the new server.

For SSRS, you can move the reporting databases.
Migrate a Reporting Services Installation (Native Mode)
Upgrade a Report Server Database
Upgrading the SSAS server shouldn't be too hard as well:
