Scale out after standalone implementation

    Hi

    Although we have a stand alone SSRS box working fine, is it too late to build another machine and join them together in a scaled out load balancing setup?

    I don't have to reinstall the already working standalone box do I?

    no its not too late, just point the new instance at the same SSRS reportserver database.

    you will have to go back to the original instance to do the scale out part, best to google the full process
