Hi,
I am doing a SQL Server installation for an antivirus application. The requirements are as follows: What options do I need to chose during installation in the collation window?
Database collation McAfee ePO software supports all Microsoft SQL Server collations using the
following two SQL collation properties:
• Case Insensitivity (CI)
• Full ASCII character set support (this is included in all Unicode-based
character sets)

Sounds like the default will be fine. Do you normally change the collation?

The default of SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS should most likely be used.
This McAfee KnowledgeBase article seems to echo that: https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB73717
