we are getting errors and failed status for sqlserver r2 installation need help
message we got in display window at last screen

Did you see this line:
Product: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Shell (integrated mode) - ENU -- Error 1719.The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
I would check that the Windows Installer service is installed and running, then try again.

ya we see this error in the event viewer

also at the time of sqlserver setup installation this windows installer is stops automatically and later we are manually starting again

Share the bootstrap file which would be at SQL root directory
