  Did anyone encounter this before? if yes, what solution?

  Trying to view the articles on Publication Properties, it became "Not Responding" after 2 minutes you clicked the Articles.

  SSMS --> Under Replication --> Local Publications --> Right click on Publication properties --> Articles --> Retrieving data from server --> Not Responding

  Yes, same problem here. Sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes for the screen to respond again and show the info. Still trying to find the culprit!
