I have a user who uploaded a report. The user has the following roles on the folder and report
Browser, Content Manager, Publisher, Report Builder
When he goes to the report properties and clicks on data sources to modify the data source, he gets an access denied error.
What permissions do I need to give him so he can change the data source?
Thanks!

Hi,
In SSRS, if we want to modify the datasource properties, we must have Manage data sources permissions on the report server. So in your scenario, please connect to report server in SSMS, then check if you have select the Manage data sources role for Content Manager.

Thanks so much for your response. I checked the properties of the content manager role and it does have MANAGE DATA SOURCES checked, as well as everything else.
In addition, I also asked him to launch IE with RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, but that didn't help either
