Hi,
Backup jobs failed frequently due to as below error.. after resarting server backup jobs running fine..
Pl. suggestion me if any pacth or CU are need to apply..
Current verion- SQL2K8 32 bit
Service pack - SP3
Error messages
Microsoft (R) SQL Server Execute Package Utility Version 10.0.5500.0 for 32-bit Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1984-2005. All rights reserved. Started: 12:10:00 AM Error: 2013-06-15 00:10:01.31 Code: 0xC0010018 Source: Description: Error loading value "<DTS:ConnectionManager xmlns:DTS="www.microsoft.com/SqlServer/Dts"> <DTS:Property DTS:Name="DelayValidation">0</DTS:Property> <DTS:Property DTS:Name="ObjectName">Local server connection</DTS:Property> <DTS:Property DTS:Name="DTSID">{11A126D7-9C4A-417A-9" from node "DTS:ConnectionManager". Seems that the SSIS package, that you use for backup, could not be loaded.

How do you save your SSIS-Packages, file system or msdb database? Was the file system or the msdb database available?

The message tells you there should be another message containg more info. Find something like that?

SSIS pakages automatically loaded and created by when configure database backup thru Mnagement plan wizard...it may be cause currpted some dll files realted to DotNet 2.0 framework.... after restarting backup jobs running fine..

Hi,

The problem is not yet resolved for Permanent solutions. today also facing same error...why backup SSIS package gets courrpted?

as its only a maintenance plan have you tried just deleting\recreating it?
