  I would use this where I only want to update non 'sa' owners.

  SELECT 'ALTER AUTHORIZATION ON DATABASE::' + QUOTENAME(name) + ' TO [sa];'

  FROM sys.databases

  WHERE name not in ('master', 'model', 'tempdb')

  AND SUSER_SNAME(owner_sid) <> 'sa'
