Only 2014 not 2k8 & 2k5

  I'm I correct that only 2014 with Azure you can backup to the cloud, Azure won't work with 2008 r2 or 2005. If I want my 2K8 & 2K5 SQL database backup to the cloud than I would have to perform a regular backup and then use some third party software and send that up to the cloud, is this correct.
