People who submit questions have no control over when they will be published. When submitting questions, I often submit a few at the same time (because when I have an idea for a question, it very often grows big enough to be split into multiple questions). Usually, they are then published a week apart. Why the site managers decided to put these two back to back, I don't know.

You should only rely on clauses evaluating in order when no aggregates are involved.
