SQL Server Performance Monitor Counters are Missing

    After upgrade the system tables not getting populated.Not able to query sys tables no data.Could you please send the steps to enable. Does it need sql server restart?

    That's not a lot of information to go on really. First things first; if you've upgraded to SQL 2014 (which I assume is what you mean) have you ensured that you're using the new 2014 Management Studio interface? If you're using the old one, that could explain the problems you're having.
