When we try to run an SSIS package on the server we get this error message:
The program can't start because dtsmsg100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. ( the dll IS on the server)
This is on a SQL2008R2 SP2 with MS14-044 on it.
Any ideas?
In doing some searches there isn't much out there except to deinstall/reinstall SSIS from the server. If I do that I assume I have to run SP2 and the MS14-044 patch again.
Thoughts?

Make certain that the SQL Server 2008 R2 SSIS components are installed on the server, normally found under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS

Oh yes they are. I always install them and they are actually using them. That is why we know this is a problem.
