Upgrade the 2000 box to 2012.
Other than that, where both servers get updates that need to be replicated, your only option would be a home-grown replication.

when I research online, ppl are following;
Dual Replication/Log shipping:
From 2000 server to 2005/2008 and from 2005/2008 server to 2012 server.
