In a active passive node if i start the sql service , and Full text search on a passive node what will happen. Can any one help me on this .

As far as I know, you cannot start these services on a failover cluster's passive node. Try it for yourself. The system just won't let you start the services. I mistakenly tried doing this few months ago and nothing happened. It just won't start because it is already reserved and run by your active node.

the SQL Server service will fail to start, avoid controlling clustered services by the services.msc snapin use the Failover Cluster manager component or via cluster.exe from the command line
