Hi I am trying to create a sql job which will alert me if any rows returning and also send me resultset in excel file. Any help?

Hi and welcome to the forums. In order to help we will need a few things:
1. Sample DDL in the form of CREATE TABLE statements
2. Sample data in the form of INSERT INTO statements
3. Expected results based on the sample data

Is there an issue with the query or are you just wanting to know how to make this a job that exports an excel file?
If the query works and you only need the job I would consider creating an SSIS package to handle the file export and then schedule the SSIS package as a job.
