Hi,
Our client is asking to display the 'parameter panel in right side of the report' insted of top.
Could you please suggest me how can I do this?

I assume you mean SSRS 2012?
As far as I know there is no way to move the default location of the parameters (although someone may correct me)
It would be possible to script a web front end and present SSRS through a custom webframe and pass parameters through
to the SSRS webservice via that then you could place the parameters where ever you wished.
Thats no small task however

There is no method available to customize the default SSRS viewer unless you want to create a front-end page that uses the .NET Report viewer control. However in doing that you present a page that contains those parameter options manually. As Andy stated no small task but if you charge by the hour 😀 ...
