If I edit my contact details and click on either 'Edit Avatar' or 'Edit Personal Photo', I see a message along the lines of:
The avatar/photograph upload directory settings is pointing to a directory that does not exist.
Uploads\Avatars\
If your the administrator you can update this setting within the admin area to point to a valid upload directory.
I've noticed also that I no longer see any avatars in forum posts, just a place-holder icon.
Are others seeing this issue?
I've also just noticed that "your" should be "you're" in the error message ...

My avatar is currently gone as well.
Also, the subject line of the notification mail is suddenly full of strange characters.

Agreed - for example, for this thread, I see:
"RE: Avatar / Photo Issues?<!-- 864 --><!-- 864 -->" in "SQLServerCentral.com Website Issues"

Both of your avatars are now displaying again. There seems to be a lot of serious bugs with SSC lately. In addition to those there seems to be a number of posts where you can't reply. So strange.

I saw your avatar and Phil's as well, but not mine. Hit CTRL-F5, and they all disappeared. :blink:

If you hit ctrl+f5 you will no longer see anybody's including your own. It seems to only effect any given thread though. I can see other avatars on other threads.

Some posts suddenly have a different layout and you can't reply to them.
Others are experiencing this issue as well...
