  - We have two Windows 2003 Physical Server Running SQL Server 2005 in a clustered environment (they are using SAN for storage).

  - We want to uninstall/Break the cluster so only one server will run all the services and drives are available to this server.

  - After this is done we are planning to conver it to VMWARE

  Whats the procedure to do this ?
