Is it possible to take Tail backup after the full backup ?

yes..
Backup log dbname to disk ='path' with norecovery

Of course.
A tail log backup is one that's taken either with the notruncate option (if the database is damaged) or the norecovery option (if you want to switch the DB into restoring state in order to restore over/elsewhere without losing transactions)
